Culture and Talent
Over the last five years, our efforts in the workplace have seen us continue to build a safe and inclusive community, where we truly value difference and our individual uniqueness. We come together to uphold our shared commitments and to create better outcomes for our customers, our people and the world around us. We nurture an inclusive and collaborative team environment where we deliver with excellence led by our values of: Courage, Ownership, Inclusiveness, Open-mindedness and Enterprising Spirit.
Our 2030 commitments will be orientated towards employee engagement and inclusion. We believe our approach around inclusion is leading edge and will accelerate our journey to fostering a healthy, diverse, and inclusive culture. Gender diversity is an important underlying indicator of our continued progress across our broader diversity, inclusion and belonging strategy and we are committed to increasing representation of women in senior leadership roles to 35% by 2025.
Alongside this, we actively promote our desire to increase cultural diversity amongst senior leaders across all our regions and through key partnerships with external organisations, like Special Olympics, we are challenging ourselves to do more to provide employment opportunities for people with a range of different abilities.
We will continue to make our workplace as safe as possible for all Kerry colleagues and our goal is to further improve our safety performance by 2025.
