Our Code of Conduct
Doing business with integrity is part of who we are and our Code of Conduct (our Code) and related policies sets out our standards of legal, honest and ethical behaviour.
Our Code represents our dedication to integrity and conducting business with the highest ethical standards. It is based on the basic principles of protecting our people, working with integrity, safeguarding our information and our assets and caring for our communities.
Our Values guide us as we live our Purpose of Inspiring Food, Nourishing Life. They represent core strengths from our heritage and our ambitions for the future. They serve as our behavioural compass, keeping us on the right path and united across cultures and geographies, helping us to earn the trust and respect of our people, our customers and our communities.
Our Code is intended to embody Our Purpose and Our Values and act as a guide to help us live Our Values, obey the law and behave in an ethical manner. We believe our success depends on everyone understanding their responsibilities and holding themselves accountable to upholding our standards in the decisions they make every day.
The Code applies to everyone who works for Kerry Group. This includes employees, officers and Executive and non-Executive Directors of the company. We also expect suppliers and other business partners to comply with the relevant aspects of our Code.
